- Added support to GSFLOW. The interface has been successfully tested and applied on a watershed model with daily time steps for a period of 16 years.
- Added a function to import matrix values to area(s) defined by polygon(s).
- Added a function to export endpoints from a MODPATH simulation in addition to pathlines, timemarks, and starting points.
- Added a function to allow for import well package input file with the Options block (used by the MODFLOW-NWT) that contains the keyword SPECIFY and the value PSIPRAMP. The TABFILES of the OPTIONS block remains unsupported.

- Fixed a bug in the Data Export tool. When exporting initial concentration (or other species-dependent matrices) to a 3D array file, a value of zero exported for all layers except the current layer.
- Fixed a bug in MT3D-USGS. The bug incorrectly sets constant-concentration cells (ICBUND<0) to active (variable) concentration cells in the second and subsequent stress periods.
